Recasa is an AI room redesign app from Slateworks. If something is not working, if a purchase or credit balance looks wrong, or if you need help with your account, contact us and we will help.

Please include the device you are using, what you were trying to do, and any screenshots that help explain the issue.

Purchases, credits, and subscriptions

If you bought credits or started a subscription and your credits did not appear, email us with the approximate purchase time and we will investigate. You can also use Apple’s restore purchases flow inside the app.

Privacy and data

Recasa uses room photos you provide to generate redesign ideas. You can read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
